IMA has pushed to 96 reg. Our normal reg is about 100, and we were at 106 last year. So...help us go over the top for an even bigger year in this year's bigger function space!!!
As you probably know, Intercon Mid-Atlantic is just a little over a month away. That's why you are getting this reminder to make your hotel reservation, if you haven't already. TODAY, October 16, 2007, is the final day the IMA room block will be available. On Wednesday, October 17, 2007, any remaining rooms in the Intercon block will be released to the public.
To make reservations, please call the Atlantic Sands Hotel at 1-800-422-0600, and be sure to mention Intercon. IMA room rates are $80/night single/double, $95/night triple, and $110/night quad, plus 8% tax.
THE HOTEL IS FULL. THE ONLY ROOMS REMAINING AVAILABLE ARE IN THE INTERCON ROOM BLOCK.

There are other hotels nearby, but if you don't get your room today you WON'T be in the main hotel, and unlike in previous years, there are no rooms for us to pull out of our ass for people.

There is a two (2) night minimum stay on weekends. All reservations must be guaranteed by providing a one night's room + tax deposit by cash, check, or major credit card. Reservations may be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival date; however, a $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Any reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.
